Overlooked genre October

So what is this about?

Okay you know THAT genre … Yeah That one. The one you always avoid or the one that you’ve tried reading but gave up on and have never looked back. Yeah THAT genre. Okay so now you’ve acknowledged that you are a bit biased when it comes to certain genres (Yeah it’s okay we all are) it’s time to change that ( Yeah I know gulp).

I’ve decided the linky won’t close by this months end ! You can join in anytime between now and October 31st …. If your schedule clears …

WWW Wednesdays@ Taking on a World of Words

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next

I’ll give you the sun ☀️ by Jandy Nelson. So good so far 😊

A brilliant, luminous story of first love, family, loss, and betrayal for fans of John Green, David Levithan, and Rainbow Rowell

Jude and her twin brother, Noah, are incredibly close. At thirteen, isolated Noah draws constantly and is falling in love with the charismatic boy next door, while daredevil Jude cliff-dives and wears red-red lipstick and does the talking for both of them. But three years later, Jude and Noah are barely speaking. Something has happened to wreck the twins in different and dramatic ways . . until Jude meets a cocky, broken, beautiful boy, as well as someone else—an even more unpredictable new force in her life. The early years are Noah’s story to tell. The later years are Jude’s. What the twins don’t realize is that they each have only half the story, and if they could just find their way back to one another, they’d have a chance to remake their world.

This radiant novel from the acclaimed, award-winning author of The Sky Is Everywhere will leave you breathless and teary and laughing—often all at once.

We’ll see .

What did you recently finish reading?

To all the boys I’ve loved before by Jenny Han<3 Too cute guys the feels it’s overpowering.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister’s ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.

img_8606The 100 by Kass Morgan… Highly recommended by Balie@Nerdinnewyork  so it must be good honestly we have the same mind. ( I swear our TBR is the exact same. She just read To all the boys I’ve loved ❤️ before and I’ll give you the sun ☀️ also ! )

No one has set foot on Earth in centuries — until now.

Ever since a devastating nuclear war, humanity has lived on spaceships far above Earth’s radioactive surface. Now, one hundred juvenile delinquents — considered expendable by society — are being sent on a dangerous mission: to recolonize the planet. It could be their second chance at life…or it could be a suicide mission.

CLARKE was arrested for treason, though she’s haunted by the memory of what she really did. WELLS, the chancellor’s son, came to Earth for the girl he loves — but will she ever forgive him? Reckless BELLAMY fought his way onto the transport pod to protect his sister, the other half of the only pair of siblings in the universe. And GLASS managed to escape back onto the ship, only to find that life there is just as dangerous as she feared it would be on Earth.

Confronted with a savage land and haunted by secrets from their pasts, the hundred must fight to survive. They were never meant to be heroes, but they may be mankind’s last hope. (less)

Beware: These are never accurate when it comes to me because I suck at managing my TBR!

What are you reading? What do you think I should read next ? Feel free to share your WWW Wednesday post in the comments …
